By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the applicable policies and guidelines of the Apple App Store. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use the App.

Under these Terms, Innostack grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on an Apple device that you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
3. Restrictions on Use
You agree that you will not:
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• Sell, rent, transfer, or distribute any part of the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App;
• Use the App to infringe the rights of any third party or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Privacy Policy
Any information you provide while using the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use your personal information.
5. Apple Refund Policy
The App is available through the Apple App Store, and all purchases and subscriptions are subject to Apple’s refund policy. According to Apple’s policy:

The App and all related content (including but not limited to code, design, icons, interfaces, and text) are the property of Innostack and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and Innostack makes no express or implied warranties regarding the performance, functionality, or suitability of the App. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Innostack disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Innostack shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to:
• Data loss
• Business losses
• Device damage or other indirect damages
9. Termination and Modification
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without prior notice:
• If you violate these Terms of Use, we may immediately terminate your access to the App.
• We have the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. The updated terms will be posted on this page and will take effect upon publication.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located where Innostack is based.
